We're sorry to hear that you no longer need our hosting, in order for us to cancel your account you must do the following, if you don't, your cancellation request will NOT be honored.
Go to https://secure.titanpages.com/support and submit a ticket with the following information
- Your First and Last name (the ones either on the credit card or in your PayPal account)
- Your reason for cancelling
- The PayPal Subscription ID for your account with us If you are paying VIA PayPal, or your sale number if paying by credit card.
- Your email address (either your PayPal email or the one used when signing up using a credit card)
- Your Domain name
Once we have that information we will be able to cancel your Titan Hosting LLC services. Without it your credit card or PayPal account will continue to be charged. |
